Hardly five minutes away from the sea, and situated squarely in the heart of Sliema, this apartment is an ideal choice for those looking to spend a car-free holiday in an apartment that has a modern ambience, a light airy feel, yet which still enjoys a private, quiet setting. Even though this apartment is right at the centre of the town of Sliema, it is located in a quiet block of apartments, all of which were remodelled to accommodate the modern traveller, while still keeping the quaint charm of a Sliema townhouse.


The apartment has two bedrooms: a spacious master bedroom with a double bed, and a second bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and have parquet flooring. The apartment consists also of a family bathroom, which comes equipped with shower.


It has a modern, fitted kitchen, complete with appliances and kitchen utensils, and a dining area which can amply fit 6 people. The living area is also fully air-conditioned and has parquet flooring as well. It also has two sofas which can seat up to six people, and a good-sized TV. Just outside the living area there is a private terrace, with a dining table and chairs for outdoor dining facilities.

This magnificent apartment is located in the hub of the town; with a variety of amenities just a stone’s throw away. Just 5 minutes away from the apartment you will find the Sliema promenade, full of all kinds of shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes; while from the Sliema harbour you can board a ferry or boat and go on an array of tours around the Maltese islands. You could also get a ferry to Valletta, Malta’s capital, for less than 2 euro and which will take you there in less than 10 minutes. Also close to the apartment you will find bus stops to Valletta and St Julians, with buses that run every 10 minutes.
